TUHIATA MAHIORA | Professional

As part of our committment to playing our part in supporting the mental health and addictions workforce, Tuhiata Mahi Ora is able to provide clinical supervision for those working as addiction practitioners.

Supervision is an integral part of the work we do to support whānau.

Clinical supervision provides an environment in which staff can: explore their own personal and emotional reactions to their work; reflect on and challenge their own practice in a safe and confidential environment . It also allows for opportunities to receive feedback on their skills; and engage in professional development, identify developmental needs and support revalidation.
